Acceptable Use Policy:

This Policy sets out what is and is not allowed on our Platform and Service, and you must carefully read and understand its conditions, and your obligations, before making any use of our service. The lists below are by no means exhaustive but attempt to provide a framework for activities that are prohibited.You agree and understand that you cannot use our Platform to violate any law, contract, intellectual property, or other obligations or rights of others and that you are solely responsible for your actions and conduct while using our Service. 

By using our Platform you agree to the Acceptable Use Policy as follows:

1. Expected Use: CumRocket is an adult-only social media platform, allowing users to lawfully monetize and share their adult content with each other, and to network with one another. Any use that is not contemplated by the Terms of Service, is prohibited.
2. No Minors: Users agree not to allow any minor, or an individual under the age of majority to legally consume adult content, to be exposed to our Platform or Services through the User’s account or conduct.
3. No Exploitation: Users agree not to use our Platform or Services in any way that harms, intends to harm, threatens to harm, or to exploit, any individual under 18 years of age and any individual not of the legal age of majority by applicable law, including but not limited to exposing them to adult or inappropriate content.
4. No Sanctioned Entities: Users agree not to use our Platform or Services from any country, or as any entity, sanctioned by the government of the United Kingdom; nor to make or intimate threats against any Heads of State, nor any agents, representatives, or officials of any government generally.
5. No Illegal Actions: Users agree not to use our Platform or Services to perform, conduct, or otherwise facilitate any illegal action as determined by applicable law, including but not limited to the transmission of any messages or Media that may be considered unlawful, harmful, offensive, derogatory, defamatory, hateful, libelous, harassing, racist, indecent, encouraging or being suspecting of encouraging criminal conduct, or otherwise appropriate in our estimation.
6. No Unauthorized Access: Users agree not to gain, or attempt to gain, unauthorized access to any Company data, Platform or Service data, or the data of any of our Users; nor to actually or attempt to alter, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, data mine, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to intellectual property and proprietary information; nor to breach or attempt to breach Company security services, including those covering any of our Platforms or Services.
7. No Nuisance: Users agree not to use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service, or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Service in any manner.
8. No False Portrayals: Users agree not to portray, on any website or public forum, the false implication of an association with our Platform, Services, or Company unless it is otherwise authorized by us in writing, beyond that of the reasonable, fair, and accurate statement of one’s factual utilization of our Services. Do not portray yourself as a “Partner,” nor any other implication of association, without our prior written authorization and publication of such a formal relationship. 
9. No Securities Promotion: Users agree not to, under any circumstances, or in any manner, use or attempt to use our Platform or Services to facilitate or participate in the fundraising of any commercial activity which is or could in any way whatsoever by construed or regulated as being a securities offering or transaction, including but not limited to offering, listing, creating, or buying any listing that is now or is intended to be in the future redeemable for any financial instruments or digital assets that provide any ownership interest, rights, and/or obligations comparable to or classified as a securities offering, including the entitlement to any financial rewards.
10. No Unauthorized Users: Users agree not to use our Platform or Services to show, upload, or reference any Media or Content that shows or includes any individual that is not a permitted Creator on our Services with a verified account, known to be at least 18, of the age of majority for all applicable law, and legally permitted to utilize our Services. 
11. No Prohibited Content or Media Allowed: Users agree not to, under any circumstance, upload, post, publish, reference, link, or otherwise promote Media or Content or any other goods or services on or through our Service that contains, shows, promotes, advertises, or refers to, whether real or simulated:
12. Depictions of underage sexual activity;
13. Self-harm or suicide; 
14. Violence and non-consensual sexual activity, including lack of or implied lack of consent, non-consensual or excessive bondage, intoxication, hypnosis, sleep, unconsciousness, or being drugged;
15. Torture, abuse, genital mutilation, blood, and bleeding;
16. Incest;
17. Necrophilia, death, cannibalism, or bestiality;
18. Strangulation or asphyxiation;
19. Scatological content, or excrement;
20. Occult activity;
21. Public sexual acts not allowed or approved by applicable law in the legal manner;
22. Humiliation, defamation, or intimidation, or any other indication or action which is threatening, libelous, embarrassing, upsetting, offensive, or not otherwise explicitly consensual roleplay in nature;
23. Hate speech, hateful or obscene acts, or anything otherwise determined to be obscenity by us and/or applicable law;
24. Blackmail, extortion, financial exploitation, or any other form of direct, indirect, or emotional manipulation of another party;
25. Any sexually explicit material featuring an individual or third party who has not explicitly provided prior and fully informed consent to the recording, publication, distribution, and/or handling of that material, including but not limited to it’s capture, editing, reproduction, broadcasting, or upload, linking, or posting on our Platform and Services, and any other derivation of what we or applicable law constitutes as revenge porn; 
26. Sex trafficking, escorting, the provision of escort services, or anything which otherwise constitutes directly or indirectly as prostituton;
27. Unsolicited language or content that sexually objectifies another individual or User in any non-consensual way, including fake, altered, or manipulated imagery, graphics, and representations of that individual, including but not limited to “deepfakes”;
28. Any individual or entity’s personal, private, or confidential information or which disseminates, directly or indirectly, that information or access to that information, without the prior written authorization of the responsible entity. 
29. Violates the intellectual property or rights of a third party;
30. Weapons, firearms, and other goods whose possession, sale, or usage may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions;
31. No False Statements: Users agree not to make any false representations to us or other Users, make any misleading statements or otherwise misrepresent yourself or us by engaging in any deceptive or fraudulent conduct, including but not limited to: creating or listing counterfeit items, impersonating us or an employee of the Company, or by impersonating any third party, by registering any false information during the course of account registration or making unauthorized use of or violations of anybody else’s information, intellectual property, or other rights.
32. No Mistreatment: Users agree not to bully, stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or otherwise mistreat any other User, non-User, employee, contractor, affiliate, or any other individual or other entity on or through our Service. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what qualifies as mistreatment, in accordance with and in addition to applicable law.
33. No Violating other User’s Rights: Users agree not to abuse or neglect to respect any other User, entity or individual’s rights, and any protections afforded by applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy rights, personality rights, and laws respecting copyright, trademark, and intellectual property.
34. No Contact without Express Permission: Users agree not to use data collected from our Service to contact individuals, companies, or other persons or entities.
35. No Circumvention: Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access any feature or area of the Service that you are not authorized to access.
36. No Prohibited Marketing: Users agree not to use data collected from our Service for any direct marketing activity (including without limitation, email marketing, SMS marketing, telemarketing, and direct marketing).
37. No Ignoring Instructions: Users agree not to bypass or ignore instructions that control all automated access to the Service.
38. No Reproductions: Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, store, backup, transmit, or otherwise copy or infringe upon any intellectual property accessible or viewable through or on our Service, whether by paper copy, download, or linking elsewhere, or otherwise by any means not covered by these Terms and the agreements contained herein.
39. No Money Laundering or Helping Terrorists: Users agree not to use the Service or any Distributed Ledger Technology to carry out any illegal activities, or to bypass any law or regulation, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing or deliberately engaging in activities designed to adversely affect the performance of Distributed Ledger Platform, or the Service.
40. No Deceptive Use: Users agree not to engage in deceptive or manipulative trading activities, including wash trading and placing misleading bids or offers.
41. No Gaming Search Results: Spam listings for the purpose of causing a listing to appear at the top of the search results; or otherwise engage in behaviors that have the intention or the effect of artificially increasing view counts, sales volume, or other metrics that CumRocket might use to sort search results.
42. No Violation of other Terms: Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, we may provide additional guidance on our understanding, definition, and interpretation of this Acceptable Use Policy through other means and channels as we see fit, including in particular through official technical and customer support channels and published memoranda, in addition to modifications to this Policy and these Terms.
